Friday, February 1st, 2008Welcome to Gloversville
Wednesday, January 23rd, 2008I became a huge Malcolm Gladwell fan after I finished the first page of the Tipping Point. I have read Blink, and I usually listen to my audio copy over and over again on long trips. Now, with the advent of pod-casting, I have become a junkie for anything Gladwell. In fact, I would […]
Amazing Youtube Video
Friday, December 14th, 2007What if I only had a hour to live?
Thursday, December 6th, 2007I was flipping channels this evening in my hotel room and heard a very touching story about a man who wrote a short Xen like essay about all the things he would do if he had only one hour to live. By the way, he dies shortly after completing the essay. Then, I started […]

ESM - So Easy a Cave Man Can Do It
Friday, August 3rd, 2007I just got off a con-call where a customer was sold an ESM monitoring tool and the sales person sold it as “It’s So Easy a Cave Man Can Do Itâ€. Now it’s a year later and that vendor is forbidden to contact this customer.
My kids don”t care about SOA
Thursday, July 26th, 2007They really aren’t up on the latest industry trends “AJAX, OSS, Web 2.0.” They always appreciated the chotchkees I usually bring home from conferences but they never have been excited enough to ask where they came from. However, this time my new friends over at the OpSource booth at OSCON have started a trend […]
