Cisco announced a new switch yesterday called the Nexus 7000. According to the New York Times, Cisco spent $1 Billion in R&D for this product. Here are some interesting tidbits…

- Can transfer all 90,000 movies in 38.4 seconds
- Can send a two-megapixel digital image to every human being on earth in 28 minutes
- Can copy the entire Wikipedia database in 10 milliseconds.
- Can copy the entire searchable Internet in 7.5 Minutes.
