    Hi, I’m the guy behind Twitpay, and I just wanted to point out that the 1% equity deal is not a standard part of Startup Weekend. Each company decides how to structure things on their own.

    Thanks. I really wanted to attend the startup weekend event; however, my kids had other plans for me.

    * Getting involved in an exciting new start - Millions.

    * Playing with your kids after you have been traveling around the world - priceless.
