Ohio LinuxFest 2007 Wrapup
By John | September 30, 2007
I met some really interesting people and saw some good sessions. A few links are below. The first is an interesting podcast I did Saturday night:
More info…
- Zenoss had a great showing. Mark Hinkle told me that he had over 500 new sign ups for the Zenoss community. Thank God I flew home.
- Luke had a great showing for his Puppet presentation. I think his product is a no-brainer for people doing sysadmin and configuration management work.
- I overhead that Ameritrade switched from Oracle to PostgreSQL but that Ameritrade’s lawyers don’t want anyone to know.
- I am also going to do a nice blog-up on how much Oracle really cares about education.
