Not .... Let's be clear. IBM Blue Cloud is a re-branded version of the infrastructure solution they have been selling for years (e.g., AIX, DB2, and Tivoli). To be even clearer, Tivoli Provisioning Manager is a weak option in the private cloud space against the likes of 3Tera and Cassatt. Furthermore, Blue Cloud is not an internal offering only (see iTricity). However, if you know someone who can brief me to correct my understanding of this offer I am all ears.
