- Average base salary… $73,962.00
- Received a raise: 80%
- Average raise percent: 4%
- Received a bonus: 48.7%
- Average age: 43
- Years in IT: 14.3
- Male vs. Female: 3:1
- 4 year degree: 59%
Other interesting tidbits…
- Pharmaceuticals appear to pay the highest while education is the lowest.
- The average bonus was around 4k
- Largest IT professional concerns ( keeping up with skills, IT budget to get the job done, and recession).
