Another question is since zenoss is agetnless, how zenoss is going to capture the details of service which not going to populate it as a snmp trap.

Hi,

I am in to no conclusions and have decided upon which is best. On the flexiblity end i guess groundwork is quite not easy. My question was why is that everyone is talking about zenoss and hyperic and not groudwork at all. As i see equivalent good features in groundwork too. Some tips needed....

If you don't have any concerns about the list above then I guess you are good to go. Myself, I would not recommend this company to one of my clients until they can ...

a. Start showing some positive direction as opposed to the list above.
b. Prove they are going to survive (can you say Qlusters?)

Hi,

Groundwork is a tool which has very good backed of nagios, cacti and other best opensource tool in it and which can plugin in to any another tools in the industry. We get all the features that we get in any other product and the pricing is much cheaper compared to zenoss. What does zenoss give the customers better than groundwork or hyperic is going to give?
