They infer that Tivoli is going OSS by putting things in Eclipse.Â Oppsâ€¦ They have had development tools in Eclipse for a number of years.Â Just because they are Eclipse based doesnâ€™t mean they are OSS. Â Not even close.Â However, it went well with their story.
