- A Cisco CDN? « Data Center Knowledge – So it’s not a surprising to hear reports that Cisco is leasing space in data centers for a content delivery network (CDN). Dan Rayburn says he has heard from two colocation providers that Cisco has recently acquired space for a future CDN offering for third parties.
- Operating the Cloud: the people and process questions | The IT Skeptic – Cloud computing is a popular topic right now. Some see it as a saviour technology for cost cutting but there is too much thought given to how you will connect at a technical level with a Cloud service provider. Just as important is how you will connect at a process level and at a business level. With the new "Oracle Gadget Wizard for Google Apps," it's now easier to port data between Oracle and Google Apps spreadsheets.
