- The new video Kodu game will teach you (or your kid) about programming. – By Chris Wilson – Slate Magazine – The first computer program I ever wrote, in the second grade, was composed in pencil and ran on the platform known as my friend Nicholas. We were about to start learning Logo, the program that teaches kids how to draw things on the screen by writing out commands for a turtle.
- IBM developerWorks: Wikis – Tivoli Monitoring – Monitoring SAP applications with Rational Performance Tester and ITCAM for Response Time – Rational Performance Tester (Performance Tester) is a performance and load testing tool that is used to identify performance bottlenecks in Web and server based applications. It supports a broad range of applications such as Citrix, SAP, Siebel, SIP and so on, through extensions. The Performance Tester Extension for SAP solutions is used to test performance of SAP R/3 Applications. With it, users can record their interactions with the SAP server and use the built in execution environment to run performance and load tests on the recorded scripts, and to evaluate the test results.
- Get Ready For Animoto Video…And Animoto 3D – Animoto is turning into a cult favorite web app – upload a few pictures to the service, pick some music, add some text and get a really cool video slide show back. They made my annual “can’t live without” list last year based on their obsessive desire to perfect a single product. Many, many users agree.
