Cloud Traffic Discussion

There is an interesting thread on the Google Cloud Computing group about geographic cloud adoption. I decided to chime in and post my numbers over there and here. However, there are some caveats. Although I get a lot of traffic from cloud related blogs, I probably get a boost in my non cloud related posts (IT Mgmt and OSS) from Europe. Here are some of my numbers for this year.

If you look at Google search analytics - to get some idea (not a definitive cloud adoption number) but regarding cloud computing market and interest - you will see totally different picture. Take a look

The market for cloud computing ‘appears’ to be potentially much bigger in Asia.
