SolarWinds ends the long, IPO-less nightmare for venture-backed companies

In the IPO last night, SolarWinds and its investors sold 12.1 million shares priced at $12.50, raising $151.5 million and beating its original $9.50 to $11.50 per share price range. And after climbing to as high as $15.16, the stock closed at $13.75.
