Zenoss gets $250,000 state grant

By John | March 6, 2008

The Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development has invested $250,000 in Zenoss Inc., which develops open source, network-monitoring software. The Annapolis company, founded in 2005, plans to use the funds to increase its sales and marketing efforts. The money comes from the state’s Enterprise Investment Fund, which invests up to $500,000 in tech companies to help launch new products. The businesses must match the investment.
